Shipping & Returns
We are excited to announce that we ship internationally. We have categorized our shipping into two; domestic being Japan including Okinawa and international being the rest of the world. Please check out below to find which of the shipping policies you fall under.
Domestic Shipping - Japan
For all domestic shipping will be free of charge. There will not be a tracking number and will be shipped through Japan post.
For all international shipping, there will be a price limit to go over (12,000yen) in order to be eligible for free shipping. An order below 12,000yen will have an additional cost of 3,000yen. All orders will have a tracking number and will be shipped via EMS
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer any returns or exchanges at the moment. In case an item is damaged during the shipping please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering. If you have any inquiries regarding any products please make sure to go over over description of each items or contact us prior to placing an order.
If your order has not been processed/packed we can cancel it, please place an email to email@example.com to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.
